What is BrokerDocs

BrokerDocs is a website where a Mortgage Broker creates closing document packages for popular mortgage lenders. Designed for speed and efficiency, BrokerDocs is a fully automated system. No waiting for someone to respond to your order. The broker can control the timing of the closing. To reduce exposure to risky decision-making, BrokerDocs follows the lender's rules to create closing packages that conform to the lender's requirements. For lenders whose requirements are not available, BrokerDocs has a standard closing package. BrokerDocs can be accessed from the office, home, or anywhere an Internet connection can be made.

BrokerDocs interfaces with most LOS software, like Calyx, Contour, and Genesis 2000, making it faster and easier to use. By downloading the interface from our website, the broker can use information from the Loan Origination Software to create their closing document package.

• The data is entered or imported into the BrokerDocs system.
• When ready, it is sent to the DocEngine where documents specific to your lender requirements are stored.
• Your input information is processed through the automated procedure and returned back to BrokerDocs as a completed package.
• The documents can then be printed or transmitted to our secure site, which uses 128-bit encryption technology for secure and private retrieval. Only authorized individuals are allowed access to the documents at the site.
