I am trying to log in, but I keep getting a message that my user name or password is invalid. I am sure I am using the correct name and password.

Both the user name and password are case sensitive, so check that you are typing yours correctly. If you are still unable to log into the site, return to the login page and click the Forgot your password? link. Enter your login name and e-mail address, and click the OK button. You will receive an e-mail message containing a hyperlink and instructions for resetting your password.

I have audited my loan file and generated the document package, but my file still shows that it is processing. I have been waiting for several minutes.

A problem may have occurred while your documents were being created. If this is the case, a DesertDocs employee has already been alerted to the situation and is already working on finding a solution so that you can get your documents soon. We will contact you as soon as the problem has been resolved, or you may call our Customer Support team at 800-726-9898, ext. 1.

I am trying to print my doc package, but nothing is happening.

You must have Adobe Reader installed in order to print your documents. If it is not installed or if you have an outdated version, please download the latest version at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html. Once you have Adobe installed, click the printer icon in the menu bar and set Page Scaling to “None” and uncheck the Auto-Rotate and Center box. Now try again to print your documents.

How long will my documents stay in the "Docs & Services" loan list?

A loan file remains on the Docs & Services loan list until it fails its audit rules, it is deleted, or it remains untouched for more than 90 days. That way, you don't have to generate a document package again to print or post your forms unless you make changes to your input.
