I want to use a wholesaler other than what is on my list when I start to add a new loan file. How do I do this?
At the screen to select a wholesaler to use for your loan, there is a button labeled "New". To add an additional wholesaler to use for your loan, click on "New" button and a list of wholesalers that are available will appear. Select the wholesaler you wish to use and create the profile. The new wholesaler will now be available for the new loan that you are starting as well as any future loans.

Does it matter if I input using uppercase or lowercase letters?

For this reason, we recommend that you use all caps when inputting in your customer profiles and in your loan transaction input.
After auditing and saving my file, I received an error that tells me, "Title company is not entered. Please make sure this is not the trustee for the Deed." I am sure that I do not need to input the title company, so how can I bypass this error?
