Typically, you may enter up to 12 payoffs into these fields, but some wholesalers may allow you to enter more.
Amount
Input the dollar amount of the payoff in the field labeled "Amount".
Description
Input a short description or name of the company indicating to whom that payoff is to be paid.

Check this box to make the payment at closing.
