Loan Number
Input the corresponding Loan Number for the original loan.
Recording Date
Input the recording date for the original loan in an MM/DD/YYYY format.
Original Loan Amount
Input the loan amount for the original loan. This amount should be the original amount, not the balance due.
Instrument Number
Input the instrument number for the original loan.
Original Lender
Input the name of the original lender for this loan.
Current Lender
Input the name of the Lender that currently holds the original loan.
Property County
Input the property county for the original loan.
Construction Loan (CTP)
Loan Number
Input the corresponding Loan Number for the construction loan.
Recording Date
Input the recording date for the construction loan in an MM/DD/YYYY format.
Loan Amount
Input the loan amount for the construction loan.
Instrument Number
Input the instrument number for the construction loan.
Document Date
Input the document date for the construction loan in an MM/DD/YYYY format.
Maturity Date
Input the maturity date for the construction loan in an MM/DD/YYYY format.
Trustee
Input the Trustee Name for the construction loan.
Property Street
Input the construction loan property street address.
City
Input the property city for the construction loan.
State
Input the property's two-letter state abbreviation for the construction loan.
Zip
Input the property zip code for the construction loan. The zip code usually consists of five digits, but it may extend to nine digits in some locations.
County
Input the property county for the construction loan.
Legal Description
Use the pull-down menu to indicate your choice for the legal description. To use the pull-down menu:
- Click inside the field or on the arrow to the right-hand side of the field to view the selections of the pull-down menu.
- When you have found your choice, click on it once with the left button of your mouse.
Your options for Legal Description are:
- Leave legal description blank on all documents.
- Enter legal of 6 lines or less. (Enter below)
- Legal description attached hereto and made a part hereof.
- Legal description attached hereto and made a part hereof, as Exhibit 'B.'
- More specifically set forth on Exhibit 'B' attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes.
If "Enter a legal description of 6 lines or less" is chosen, enter the legal description in the six blank lines provided below the dropdown box.
Long Legal
If your legal description is longer than six lines, click on the "Enter CTP Long Legal" button at the bottom of the screen. A popup window will open that looks like the one below:
You may type as much text as you like in this window. You are not limited as to how many lines you can type. If the text is already typed in another windows program, you can copy it from there and paste it in this window using CTRL + V. The text you type in this window will print on a separate page from the closing instructions in the closing package.
