How to Install the MortgageWare Export Utility

Download the MortgageWare Export Utility by clicking here. When
prompted, you may choose to Run this program from its current location to begin the
install immediately after downloading. Or you may choose to Save this program to disk
and execute the install at your convenience.
When running the install software, you will be guided through several dialogs and prompted
for various options. Below is a list of install dialogs and the options you will encounter:

Welcome |

This dialog recommends that you close all open programs before continuing the
installation process. Click Next to continue or Cancel to abort
the installation process.

Select Website |
| |
There are multiple websites with which this export utility works. In this dialog,
please select the website to which you will be exporting. Click Next to
continue, Back to return to the welcome dialog, or Cancel to abort the
installation process.

Title and Escrow Options |
| |
You have the option to export the title company and escrow company information from
one of two places. Please select where you would like to pull that data from.
Click Next to continue, Back to return to the select website dialog,
or Cancel to abort the installation process.

Loan Lookup Option |
| |
You have the option to look up MortgageWare loans for export by their loan number
or application number. In this dialog, you may select the method you prefer.
Click Next to continue, Back to return to the title and escrow
options dialog, or Cancel to abort the installation process.

Choose Destination Location |
| |
In this dialog you are asked to provide a folder in which to install the export utility.
Leave this at its default value, or browse to select a different location. Click
Next to continue, Back to return to the loan lookup option dialog,
or Cancel to abort the installation process.

Start Installation |
| |
You are ready to begin installing files. Click Next to continue, Back to
return to the choose destination location dialog, or Cancel to abort the
installation process.

FairCom ODBC Setup |
| |
In order to run properly, this software requires that FairCom ODBC drivers are installed
and configured. If this is your first time installing this software, you must manually
install FairCom drivers that came with your MortgageWare install. This dialog gives you
two options for viewing instructions on properly configuring the FairCom ODBC drivers.
One is a Microsoft Word (DOC) document and the other is an Adobe Acrobat (PDF) version of
the same document. Both of these documents are also available in the
Related Help Topics below.
Click Next to continue.

The installation process is complete. Click Finish to exit the install.
