How to Use the MortgageWare Export Utility
Starting the Export Utility
Exporting a MortgageWare File to BrokerDocs.com

Open the MortgageWare Export program via the shortcut in your Programs menu. By default this is
located at Windows Start → Programs → LOS Export Utilities → MortgageWare →
MortgageWare Export.
When exporting a file, you will be guided through several dialogs and prompted for various options.
Below is a list of export dialogs and the options you will encounter:

Enter your BrokerDocs.com login name and password. If you have not
yet created your BrokerDocs.com account, you can do so by going to
http://www.brokerdocs.com and
signing up. You may also choose to allow the software to remember your password to
expedite this step in the future. Click Next to continue or Cancel to
abort the export process.

Select File |

In this dialog, you must select the file that you intend to export. You can do this by
entering either the Loan Number or Application Number. Click Search when completed.
If the loan you chose to export was valid, a file summary will appear. Click
Next to continue or Cancel to abort the export process.
(Note: The selection to search by, Loan or Application Number, was specified
during the installation process.)

Select Wholesaler |

You need to choose three options in this dialog so that BrokerDocs.com may
determine the appropriate wholesaler information to use with this file. Select
each option in order starting with Wholesaler, then Relationship, and finally
Loan Program. Click Next to continue, Back to return to the Select File
dialog, or Cancel to abort the export process.

Build Borrower Vesting |

Enter the borrower's vesting as it will appear on the security instruments. Select the
borrowers in the order they appear in the vesting by using the drop down menus. If there
are more than two borrowers, select the relationship between the first two, and click
Add. Next, select Borrowers 3 and 4 and their relationship. Click Add
when completed. Once all borrower names and relationships have been selected, a final vesting becomes
available. Upon selecting the final vesting, you will be given an opportunity to edit
the entire vesting text as you see fit. At any time you may click Clear to
reset the borrower vesting and start over. Click Next to continue, Back
to return to the Select Wholesaler dialog, or Cancel to abort the export process.

Import File |

You are ready to export your file from MortgageWare and import it into BrokerDocs.com.
Click Finish to continue, Back to return to the Build Borrower Vesting
dialog, or Cancel to abort the export process.
